In collaboration with the Architecture and Merchandising Animation teams (POS, podium, etc.) HQ, he/she coordinates the installations of the Flagship/A doors POS and develops and determines the space layouts for the B/C doors POS and podiums/Animations under the supervision of the HQ Teams. The person will also be the key interlocutor of his market for the applications and adaptations of the guidelines in points of sale.
In collaboration with the other departments of his Market (Marketing Development, Purchasing, Sales, etc.), he/she is at the heart of the process of developing the brand internationally either in the update of existing POS or in the installation of new POS or in the installation of event spaces.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordination, submission for validation with the HQ & follow-up of permanent and event projects.
Application and adaptation of the Retail Design guidelines (Furniture, Architecture, Lighting, VM) developed by the HQ Teams in compliance with the codes and the Brand image.
Space layout according to the constraints of retailers.
Creation of stand plans, elevations – sections – 3D based on brief from sketch to focus for B/C doors.
Guarantor of the conformity of the Brand image.
Definition of budgets and follow-up of POS CAPEX.
Monitoring and adjustment of content related to purchasing, planning, capex, business dimension.
Follow-up of VM and Architecture updates on existing POS in its Market.
Follow-up of the development of 3D (coordination of creative agencies and external model makers).
Search for new equipment or similar local materials in connection with the Retail Design Material list developed by the HQ Teams.
Perpetuate innovation (local developments in accordance with HQ and anticipate the CSR dimension in the POS.
Potential management of employees.
Vision of the POS in terms of Merchandising and Architecture.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Minimum of 7 years of equivalent experience (management of corporate and architectural POS projects)
Knowledge of the professional environment Luxury Cosmetics / Beauty universe
Mastery of PC software: Autocad, SKETCH UP PRO, V-RAY Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, EXCEL
Sense of organization: schedules/budgets/project monitoring, construction sites.
Creativity and Retail/Merchandising spirit.
Curiosity & openness to the world of contemporary art.
Responsiveness, sense of priorities / know how to make decisions.
Positivity, good interpersonal skills and ease of contact.
Fluent in English & Spanish.
Availability to travel up to 20% of the time in the Americas.
